Guru Purnima is a revered and auspicious occasion dedicated to honouring and expressing gratitude to Teachers or Guru.
The Guru Purnima was celebrated at our school on 10-7-25 .It was a heartfelt tribute to all the teachers who have dedicated themselves to nurturing and educating their students. The event was meticulously planned to reflect the gratitude and admiration, students hold for their teachers. It included a variety of programs showcasing the talents of the students.
The program began with lighting the candle, followed by devotional prayer “Jai Dada Jai Ho … “creating a reverent atmosphere and paying homage to our Gurus Sadhu T L Vaswani and Dada JP Vaswani.
After the prayer, a speech was delivered by Mrs Beena Chauhan on the significance of Guru Purnima and the vital role of the Teachers. Her speech highlighted the role of Rishi Ved Vyas in whose honour Guru Purnima is celebrated.
After that there was Tilak ceremony: The tilak Ceremony was a solemn moment where teachers were honoured with traditional tilak, followed by aarti and giving handmade cards to the Teachers .Rose petals were showered by students. This gesture of the students symbolized their esteem gratitude towards their teachers.
The celebration ended with National Anthem.
The Guru Purnima Celebration was a memorable tribute filled with respect, cultural richness and heart-felt appreciation for the teachers.
