On June 28, 2025, the District Education Office (DEO) Gujarat, in collaboration with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), organized the Kanya Kelavani – Shala Pravesh Utsav at Sadhu Vaswani School, Sardarnagar, Ahmedabad. The event was attended by distinguished guests, including:

DEO Secondary Section Liaisoning Dept.: Sh. Bharat Chavda

School Secretary: CA Sh. S K Sadhwani

CRC Hansol: Sh. Nayan Limbani

Ms. Madhvi Patel hosted the programme.

Event Sequence:

  1. Dadaji’s Aarti: The program commenced with a traditional aarti.
  2. Welcome Speech: Delivered by School Secretary, CA Sh. S K Sadhwani.
  3. Felicitation of Guests: Honoring the dignitaries present.
  4. Student Felicitation: Recognition of students who excelled in the CGMS Gyansadhna Scholarship, SSC board exams, and district-level sports.
  5. Book Distribution: Textbooks were distributed to Standard IX students.
  6. Vote of Thanks: Delivered by the Principal, Mrs. Meena Sirwani.

The guests were then taken on a round in the school campus and were shown the Computer Lab, Science Lab and Math Lab. They appreciated the entire setup and congratulated the school Principal for the same.

The event concluded with tree plantation activity led by the guests, symbolizing growth and sustainability.
