The Festival of Lights, Diwali, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at Sadhu Vaswani School on October 15, 2025. The event saw active participation from students across various sections, showcasing creativity and festive spirit through a range of activities.

Event Highlights:

Pre-Primary Section: Students participated in a vibrant fancy dress competition, donning costumes inspired by characters from the Ramayana, bringing the epic tale to life with their performances.

Classes I to V: A diya-decoration competition was organised, where students crafted beautiful diyas, reflecting the essence of Diwali – the festival of lights.

Classes VI to VIII: A toran-making competition was held, with students creating intricate and colorful torans to adorn doorways, symbolizing prosperity and festivity. Few students also participated in the additional activity of pot-decoration showcasing their artistic skills and aesthetic sense.

Classes IX to XII: Rangoli competition and diya making competition was held. Colourful themes of rangoli depicted by students filled the atmosphere with vibrance and creativity.

The entire school community, including staff and students, embraced the occasion with zeal and fervor, fostering a sense of unity and celebration. The Management expressed their appreciation by distributing sweets and gifts to all staff members, acknowledging their efforts.

This celebration not only highlighted the cultural significance of Diwali but also encouraged creativity, teamwork, and festive joy among the students and staff of the institution.
